How do I create an account?
Your school administrator will create your account and provide you with login credentials. Parents will receive an email with their username and temporary password, while students will receive their student ID and password from their school.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address (for parents) or student ID (for students), and you'll receive instructions to reset your password.
When are exam results available?
Exam results are published by your school after each assessment period. You'll receive a notification when new results are available. Results are typically available within 2 weeks after exams are completed.
Can I download exam results and progress reports?
Yes! You can download PDF copies of exam results and progress reports directly from your dashboard. Simply navigate to the relevant section and click the download button.
How do I view multiple children's information?
Parents with multiple children can easily switch between learners using the learner selector in the dashboard. All your children's information is accessible from a single parent account.
How do I update my contact information?
Go to your Profile settings from the dashboard menu. You can update your email address, phone number, and other contact details. Some changes may require verification.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use enterprise-grade encryption and security measures to protect your data. All communications are encrypted, and we comply with international data protection standards.
The portal is not loading. What should I do?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try accessing the portal from a different browser. If the issue persists, contact your school's IT support or email support@eduplus.africa.
